Where to begin-

Much has happened since I last posted.  God has provided me with a new job position next year, we have moved out of our townhouse, and are on a adventure waiting to see where God is taking us.  As of right now I have a part-time position teaching, but I have been blessed with a peace that everything will work out. Weither it is a teaching position or some other type of work, I know that God will provide.

This doesn’t mean life is always easy.  I have really had to learn to not only rely on God, but be willing to give up my worries to him.  This takes such burden off of me, and really is a gift that He provides for us.  And since he knows what will be best, I need to let him take full control.  That doesn’t mean it’s always an easy choice to do.

As I close this post, I am typing from the family room of a beautiful villa in St. Lucia.  I’ve been blessed to be on vacation with my wife and dear friends Scott and Kara Wessman.  Even when things can seem negative, it is important to take a step back and realize all that we are blessed with.  For me that includes stuff, but more importantly, friends & family.  It is great to be able to have friends such as the Wessman’s who we can have such fun with and share our faith with.  I feel called to challenge anyone who is reading this to pause and reflect on in what ways God has blessed you and to thank him for that.  God is good!
